Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are estimates and can viewed during checkout. Final charges will be totaled based on actual kilos shipped.


Q: Do you have a catalog to download?
A: Yes.



Q: Can I place an order by fax or mail?
A: Yes.



Q: Can I order in half kilos?
A: We do allow half kilo orders per request and if they meet our minimum order of $50. Please fax, call or email customer service to place your order.

Q: How do I submit a California Resale Certificate?
A. You can download a California Resale Certificate from us to mail and fax. (Please note: Only businesses residing in California need to submit a California Resale Certificate.)



Q: Does East Bay Batch and Color offer price matching?
A. Please call for current price matching and available discounts.


Q: If I have ordered with East Bay before and have established terms, will I still receive my discounts and net 30 terms with my online order?
A: For all of our regular customers, if you already have an account with East Bay and it is in good standing, your final invoice will reflect the discounts and terms that you already have in place with us.

Q: How do I change my billing/mailing address?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. Click your name to update your billing/mailing address.
